The Great Out Back

Once the Australian outback was a forbidding place where nothing lived, now it’s a living space where the family entertains. By outback, I mean out back, in the back yard. It’s where we spend half our lives.
In fact the back yard is the new front yard. And to take full advantage of this newfound living space we need furniture. And there’s nothing like Australian Outback Furniture made from the finest Australian hardwoods to stand up to our harsh conditions.
A big, solid yet beautifully finished Ironbark (or blue gum) picnic setting will last the family for generations, with plenty of room for visitors or all those children the government would like us to have.

Australian Outback Kitchen

And if you like to cook in the great outdoors, just wheel the versatile kitchen out onto the lawn or patio and away you go. The versatile kitchen comes with various useful options, a four or five-burner barbeque, a side burner for a wok, a sink, cupboards and drawers, plenty of bench space, a fridge and even a CD Audio system with speakers.

The timber is all Aussie hardwood and the panels come in mini corrugated iron, rendered cement sheet or Stainless Steel and can be added to or reconfigured to meet your needs.

Clever Innovative Design

Australian Outback Furniture is the brainchild of Karl Sheward. Karl reckons that he and a mate dreamed up the concept for the portable outdoor kitchen over a beer in the back yard. It must have been a good long beer, because a lot of thought has gone into it.
Clever innovative designs based upon practical thinking combined with fine craftsmanship and the very best Australian components and materials has given us the ultimate kitchen for the out door chef. Or to put it in beer drinking terms, nothing is further than an arm’s reach away.

True Lasting Value

In an age when our houses are filling up with cheap imports that won’t last even our own lifetimes, why not buy something made right here by Australians that will increase in value as the years go by.
