The Aire Valley Guest House is the result. It is the original farmhouse in this spectacular part of the Great Ocean Road that dates from 1870. The building was extensively renovated about 7 years ago to make it as comfortable as possible without losing the original charm. There are four queen size rooms with ensuites and a wide verandah to which all bedrooms open via French doors. Especially for children, they have drawing boards, pedal cars, tricycles, train sets, books and a DVD player in the play room, swings, 15 acres of garden and 2 child friendly dogs. Bedrooms can accommodate small beds and cots also.

Annabel is a chef who has even cooked for the Queen at Balmoral Castle so you know you will be enjoying an excellent meal in the evening. They provide an early tea for children so parents can put them to bed, relax and have a drink on their verandah or in the cozy lounge. A fully licensed restaurant serves dinner and Martin and Annabel use fresh local produce and vegetables from their own garden. A pack lunch can be arranged upon request for day outings to the spectacular Otway Ranges or sightseeing on The Great Ocean Road.

The Aire Valley Guest House has a current special of 3 nights mid week for $400 and 3 nights including a Saturday for $450.

This includes a full breakfast and also children’s early teas are complimentary. Guests are charged by the room with no extra cost for children sleeping in a cot or small bed in your room.
