Lorenzo Doti was a chef for over thirty years in some of Melbourne’s best known restaurants. Due to a big demand for fresh quality pasta, he ventured into fresh pasta manufacturing and it became an icon of a quality yet affordable product. He supplied pasta to many restaurants, among them Juliano’s. When the opportunity arose to purchase the restaurant, Lorenzo jumped at it.

The food at Juliano’s is pure traditional Italian and it is famous for beautifully cooked pasta dishes as well as pizzas. The menu however consists of a variety of Italian and French dishes; all cooked using traditional methods that will make your mouth water.

All food is prepared on site with only raw ingredients brought in.

The friendly relaxed atmosphere will soon have you feeling like part of the family. There are many Regulars who state that coming to the restaurant feels like coming home. The glass enclosed courtyard is perfect for warm nights while you can enjoy a relaxing coffee on the patio. After one visit you will become one of Juliano’s Regulars who just keep on coming back.

For a quiet dinner for two or a function for up to 80 people, Lorenzo and his friendly team will make your night a friendly and enjoyable one. Juliano’s is open for dinner every night, 6 - 10pm and lunch 12 - 2.30pm (except Saturday) and there is ample parking on site.
