Just follow the tramlines down Glenhuntly Road, until you get to Hawthorn Road and you’ll find Radha Indian Restaurant, just across the road from Foodworks bottle shop in South Caulfield.

Let the subtle aroma of Indian spices drifting on the breeze lure you through the door of No. 796 to a table in the middle of a well-lit room with happy customers all around enjoying one course after another of samosas, pakoras, daal, tandoori chicken, beef vindaloo or maybe a hot lamb curry or a mild tarkari korma with rice and roti or garlic naan, while enjoying a bottle of wine, a beer or a lassi, watched over by the Hindu Gods whose beautiful pictures and carvings adorn the walls.

Subal Chakraborty and his family have been serving delicious Indian cuisine at the same location in South Caulfield for the last 14 years. Any one who has eaten at Radha knows why Radha is such a success. The food is excellent, hot or mild and the prices are very reasonable in deed.
